Return of......Nissan 370z
The US, my friend ... the US. That's where I bought my G and where I bought my wife's TSX. Even with the 25% exchange rate ... it still might be worth your while to buy it over there. You'll just have to get used to looking at a speedo in MPH vs KM/H.
I won't be buying one anytime soon but you're right. Its still worth it even with a 75 cent dollar.
As much as I like the new Z, and I do, the way that 19s do not look right on that car bothers me.
The wheels are nicer than what you got on the first gen in that price range (except for the Tracks of course) but the car looks weird. It's set too high in clearance, the wheels don't come out far enough ... It just looks poorly executed.
Maybe I'm nitpicking but aesthetically it's a sore point for me.

The 370z looks a bit wiered, they shoulda the front like a immature version of the New GTR but its still sick now i just looks like a maxima coupe which i dislike. But 370z is still a sick car. 30k eh? i guess its competeing with the Accord coupe . Def go with the 370 if thats the case
And for people who are shocked that I didnt get GenCoupe, I chose Nissan 370z because it is a better sports car. I know Gencoupe is going to be amazing car for its price, but Z is simply the best sports car for the price range between $25,000 - $35,000.
Now i know that GenCoupe isnt even out yet, but from countless reviews, articles, pictures and videos, from Korean websites, I can deduce that 370z is faster, handles better, and stops better.
And for the looks, its all subjective. Go and see 370z in real life, and tell me.
I like the looks of GenCoupe, but I think 370z looks so much more aggressive with wide side flares and lowered stance, and most importantly, it has so much potential to look so wicked.
There is a blacked out headlight 370Z right now in www.the370z.com I looks sooooooo sick..
I envision my Z to be lowered, Blacked out headlight, rims, exhaust..etc....

It's a great platform and I'm sure they'll continue to refine it in the next few years.

the 370 is really impressive in person. looks like it has a mini-widebody kit on the rear fenders since they scooped in the doors following the front fenders. the one i saw at HIN in anaheim had aftermarket rims on and it wasn't even the proper fitment (for a HIN showcar) with the rims kinda sunken in.

Congrats on a great car! I'm not a fan of the front end either, but still a great car.
Now, you didn't get the the best sports car between 25-35k, but you came close :P
see sig for the best
