My mechanic just replaced my 95s radiator late last year. Cost around $125 bucks...seems cheaper to just pay someone, unless your a total gear head.

there are prob 2 coolant hoses, one top and one bottom; remove those.
Most likely if it is an automatic, you will find 2 power steering or transmission lines at the bottom that need to be removed with a 10 or 11 mm wrench. At the top you may have to remove some braces that hold the radiator down. once you remove those 6 peices, the radiator most likely will be ready to come out.
Depending on the vehicle(i know it's a pathfinder) you may have to remove other things to make room for removal.
once you have the radiator out, install the new one.
Fill the radiator up with the appropriate antifreeze. Some people say to mix 50/50, but do what makes you comfortable.
After filling the radiator, make sure the cap is on and run the car for about 15-20 until the thermostat opens and allows the coolant to flow thru the motor.
Make sure you have coolant in the reserviour, when the radiator gets low it will take from that.
*********once the engine has cooled*********and only when cool, you can take off the cap to the radiator and top off the coolant.
This would be a good time to make sure the overflow is filled also.
that is a basic overview on most vehicles, each one will be a little different
