Raped my little brother

Since I can't post this in the CL racing section which I have always been used to, I guess it goes here?

I had the funnest race against a 330Ci ZHP a couple of hours ago. I pulled on him like a train. It went from 40 - 115 and I put 3 cars on him even though I shifted way too early into fourth - realized what happend and back to third - and once again into fourth.

His car looked pretty good, with at least 18s and it was lowered. We exchanged thumbs up and went on our way. I was with a buddy and he was by himself.

Finally I got someone to play with me to see what this thing has got.

Not sure if it's been said, but a totally stock 330Ci ZHP has been run to a 14.0. That's not fast, but faster than any stock CL Type S that I've seen.

if his car is a e46 330Ci and could run 14.0s and even if you had a last gen CL 6 SPEED MT it should have been pretty even until top end then the BMW should have pulled away. sounds like either he can't drive it that well or he's not used to the car or it's not set up the way he likes.

good kill: however if the driver would have been good he would have had you unless you had some good mods.

Lol, you guys are hilarious If I drove a CL, I would have put this in the CL racing section.

A 330Ci ZHP is a 330Ci with the performance package. It has 235 hp instead of the regular 225.

This guy ran a 14.0 with a ZHP. Coincidently, his wife owns a 6 MT CL-S and he ran a 14.1 bone stock with it. He does have over 8000 runs at the track. He pulled a 13.66 with a stock S2000.

http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...hp?userid=3311

And I have a 540i 6 speed with the only mods being a Rogue short shifter and a modified CDV, besides cosmetic things.

No, it's a 2000 6 speed with sports package. That's an OEM lip spoiler. The cosmetic mods that I added are the cleared headlight housings, 6000K xenons, angel eyes and 03 taillights.

Before the lip spoiler

Nice run. Those ZHP's are fast but there's no replacement for displacement. Maybe you should change your name to Fast Bimmer not to confuse everyone.

If I'm not mistaken... the performance upgrades are mostly in the suspensions and stuff, right?

It also includes different wheels and underbody spoilers right?

(Much in line w/ the Acura A-Spec)

I believe it's a different suspension, wheels and 10 extra hp. Maybe some other visual mods. It's just 5 hp shy of the E36 M3.

Didn't know there were that many things. I guess it is worth taking one over the standard 330Ci. It did look really nice, almost like an M3.

And there's nothing wrong with the thread title
