Hey do you guys think that 625 is too much(battery and alternator) for parts and labor for a 03 camry 1-4?

Price the battery and alternator by themselves deduct from the 625 to find out what hes charging in labor and make your judgement from there.

It's hard to say w/o knowing what the parts by themselves cost.

labor alone is probable around $350 off that price, WAY too much, its really easy to change both those things, just do it yourself, all you need is a some tools and jack stands and about 1-2 hours, depending on how good you are at these kind of things

Sounds high to me. I would think more like $300-400 for parts/labor. Is it a dealership?

i would say $110 max for a battery, and 1-200 for an alternator

Well then it's even more of a rip-off. At least the dealership is known to over-charge for "genuine" parts. If I was your friend I'd shop around more before making a final decision.
