Can anyone suggest a good Acura/Honda mechanic in the Toronto area (preferrably west end)?

Chi at 360 Auto, he's also a sponsor on the Toronto Accord Forum. Great prices and does great work, and very knowledgeable.

However he's in the East End in Markham (as most good Honda mechanics are)
