Question about buying a car on ebay????

Question about buying a car on ebay????
I am currently bidding on a car on ebay. I ran the car fax report which looks fine but carfax says:

A curbstoner is a person who purchases vehicles at volumes that require a dealer license and then poses as a private seller to sell to unsuspecting buyers for a large profit. Curbstoning is illegal in most States.
The seller has 4 other cars on ebay right now and has sold 4-5 over the past month. Normally I wouldn't be concerned but the carfax statemeny of "Be sure to buy this vehicle from a licensed dealer. " scares me. What do you guys thinks?
