price check on RSX

My sister bought an 2004 RSX 5AT w/leather for $21,800 + tax & title. Is that an okay price?

The only option was the "NW protection package" :o
which is pin stripes - which we had removed
wheel locks
wheel well trim
trunk tray
mud flaps

I did check edmunds TMV(True Market Value) price which says $22,094, but I didn't think that was very accurate because I got my CL for cheaper there TMV price.

Of couse you did. The TMV is a average.

You want to start at invoice and negoiate from there.

Look at the invoice price. Was her price closer to that or closer to MSRP ?? If it was close to invoice, she got a good deal, if it was closer to MSRP, not such a good deal.
