Positive Experience w/ Tirerack
Positive Experience w/ Tirerack
Just got off the phone happy w/ tirerack, so I thought I'd give them some props.
I ended up losing a valve stem cap on my SSRs last time I went to fill up w/ air (I think, unless some punk stole one). I e-mailed tirerack and the rep told me to call him. I talked to Vinny and he was really cool. Even though they knew I didn't buy the wheels from them since they were used (and as I'm the only TSX w/ Comps) their service was still great, and treated me like a customer.
The valve stem caps were $2 each, but with a listed $8 shipping charge, but he waived the shipping cost without me even asking, so I ended up w/ 2 for $4 shipped UPS. Good fast service, and went the extra mile without me even asking.

Great to hear it. They have a good reputation which was confirmed by my experience replacing an OEM tire.
Try to send them an e-mail saying what you posted. It's easy to be vocal when things suck. Doing it for good service is almost more important. Plus there's the good karma.

Exactly. A positive e-mail does wonders during a bad week
