Poll: Which 30K car?

I am looking to trade in my two cars and get one nice sports sedan. I have never had a manual before and I think I would like one. I have never test driven any of the cars listed but I have read many reviews and now I have mixed opinions. I will test drive them after I have narrowed down the field. Which car would you pick, and why?

Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT: Great power and AWD. Not the greatest build quality and the manual doesn't have the best feel- No Xenon headlamps or NAV offered. Road and Track ranked the Subaru higher than the TSX in a shootout.

Acura TSX: Great gear box and good gas mileage. I also really like the interior. My only question is satisfying power delivery and FWD of the 4 cyl. Car and Driver rated the TSX higher than the Volvo and the Subaru in a shootout.

Volvo S-40 T5: I really like the looks of this car with the body kit, 6 sp, and AWD. It may be a little pricey with all options that I want for a car of this size. Reviews are generally good.

Infinity G35 Sedan: Overall good reviews but I'm not sure if I like the interior. May be pricey.

Acura TL: I love the new body style and the interior. I'm not sure about the FWD and the manual combination. Also may be a little expensive. I would really apreciate opinions on this car.

Kind of comparing different price classes here.

Under 30 k I would go with the TSX. Just love that interior. Assuming you are getting a manual. If getting an Auto dont get the TSX

Over 30k depends if you live where it snows or not. Love that G35 but I would get the TL if i needed to drive in any snow.

Just not the TSX, you will regret the not havinf the torque that you have in your two current cars.

Tough decision between the TL and Subie but I would do the TL. By far one of the best looking vehicles on the road with good power and a sexay interior

Used M3!!! That would be my choice!!!

But if you can spend a little more than 30k then that will open up new doors.
Acura TL (Msrp $34,900 6speed w/Navi)
BMW 325ci (msrp $31,700)
Infiniti G35 coupe (msrp $33,000 for the 6speed)
Nissan 300z (Msrp $34,300 for the track version)
Honda S2000 (Msrp $32,950)
Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor (Msrp $29,970)

I would pick the TL - like the Accord, does everything real well, stands out in a few areas, and I think it looks better than the competition. The Infiniti (when will people learn to spell it right?) G35 is a close second, it's a real performer, available with AWD, but its interior and exterior = teh suck.

Welp... He did say sports sedan, so my vote is for the G35 Sedan.

The interior, while not the prettiest to look at, is extremely functional and easy to use. The G's are built very well (JAPAN) and like said above, service is perfect.

The other choice would be the TL, but I don't consider it as sporty as the G.

Great customer service is right! Leaps & bounds over my Acura tranny service nightmares.

Nevermind... Google is my friend.

6 Speeds will be available in December. 298 Horsepower and rear wheel drive sounds nice.

Plus, I get a discount on Infinities through work of 1.65% below dealer invoice.

That's pretty much what I am thinking. Honda/Acura are about the only brands that I can't get a discount on through work. Plus it is completely no hassle and I can order whatever car I like.

G35S 6MT with sport pkg is the way to go IMO, with the TL a close second.

I'd almost recommend the Nissan Altima SE-R as an alternative but cheapness of the interior materials is hard to overlook. But I'll go out on a limb and state that IMHO it's probably the fastest of all the ones listed above.
