Pls let me refrain from SHOWING you I did choose a SRT8 when I had the chance... 2006 Dodge Magnum SRT8 "Modded!" SOLD $40k... followed by a 1988 "Retired FHP" Fox Body 347 stroker all motor 11.38 with full leather int. power seats from 2004 etc etc SOLD $11K...Then, 2003 25th Anni. "TERMINATOR" Cobra #1457 MODDED! 586WHP SOLD $26k... My TL is now my days of slowing down... The ONLY "MORON" I see is the one with the CHARGER and PRIUS (lmoa..."Prius?" Doesn't Julia Roberts have one of these?...) and signs on a ACURA FORUM to post and "CLAIM" to his own photo thread or section...
And yes, she does have one, or at least she did a year or so ago when I worked with her. Whats your point?
I also have a 2000 Civic and a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Do you have asinine comments you would like to make on these as well?
Sounds to me like a moron came in here trailing his buddies, made some sheep comments, and decided he can't handle when comments are thrown back his way.
You must have reallllly wanted a TL-S, awwwwww so sad.

Funny, because only a moron wouldn't know the difference a Challenger and a Charger. And only a moron would assume my car is stock.

I bought what I want as I always have... U brought this upon yourself with the name calling and such. And if u haven't noticed, a TL guy is the guy behind the camera who posted on a MEETING thread for all of us to see since he missed the meet. Regarding DINGO comment? Mines was simple LMAO! Period...The u put on your Ethug cap and have not stopped since. So calm down buddy. Because THIS is the ONLY place you are a Billy Bad Ass... Thank GAWD for the internet, Huh?
I think you need to learn what an e-thug is before you start trying to out someone as such...because you're well on your way to filling those shoes.
But please continue, I think we all love hearing how you have to justify yourself on here.
Its cute.

Because much like, back in the day, when the CL became affordable on the used market, it flooded us with jackasses. The same now happens with the TLs (3rd gen in particular)
Every once in a blue moon one of these retards finds their way out their hen coop in the main AZ forums.
And it depends how long you have been on this site as to where most members originated from. AZ was not always one big acura site.

Im not insinuating anything I'm saying, much like in car talk, when a retarded post is made or thread is moved it always comes from the TL forums.

Most AZ members joined when they had an Acura and have moved onto bigger (and better) things.

I am NOT a B.C. Ol'Skool member nor a rocket scientist to know its call ACURAZINE. I am not the one who attacked you. I simply LMOA at a comment a local member entered and was looking and commenting on the OP local member photo skills...and u showed yourself. Not only to me but anyone else who posted afterwards... And I am the one that gets called out by a MOD?

Sarlacc simply made a comment about qualifying what constitutes a photoshoot, others chimed in about said topic as well as the quality of the wheels and from the posts by JayVee and Dingo it's apparent they were either insulted or are self conscious about what they own or just wanted to defend the OP, who might I add has done a good job of simply stating his opinion and moving on. Sarlacc was only defending himself after JayVee and Dingo brought in the personal attacks about the SRT8 which had absolutely NOTHING to do with the focus of this thread or even the topic of what constitutes a photoshoot.
So yea, JayVee, you're being called out.

You didn't downgrade with your TL, you just moved to a different platform that serves different needs. A four-door entry-level luxury car is totally different than a V8 two-door coupe.
If you go to Car Talk, most members have moved up from an Acura. There are M3s, M5s, Elises, C63s, etc. Acura isn't the lowest of the low but it's also not the nicest thing on the road.

I've been driving an Acura since I was 16 and I've had my TL for almost 4 years

Hell, I'm on my second GS-R. I must have been stupid for buying a 4-banger 4 years ago that has much less HP than a majority of the 'sporty' cars of today.

Not stupid at all.
We all have different needs and wants and we buy cars that fit that criteria.

I bought what I did because I have a passion for it. Calling out David because he didn't buy an SRT8 is just stupid IMHO and agreeing with that comment and claiming it to be true is equally stupid. We all have a passion for cars, we may have differing opinions or tastes, but no reason to discount another's purchase.

Now if they used red text then it would have been a different story.

Well, it was quoted using red text, but from the rest of the post, didn't appear to be used for the same reason the rest of us use red text.
Anyway, moving on. Nice car, decent wheels. Not my flavor, not a fan of the stretch/poke look. Personally I think standard sized wheels would have looked better, but it's his car he can do what he wants with it. The only advice I can offer is to straighten out the intercooler, it's leaning to one side.

That is not the first oddity to come out of LUTZ PERFORMACE. Although the owner may have chose the wheels and color on this E. But LUTZ PERFORMACE also have cars coming out of there with chosen colored wheels. Their shop car has florecent green PC wheels with LUTS PERFORMANCE running across the entire side of the car in the same color and the body base color in black....doesn't look to bad but will also have u raise a eyebrow at it at first.

I think the wheels would have worked better if the car was white or black.

Well this is classified as a photoshoot for clarification.
Upon entering the word 'photoshoot' into the search box at a site called 'dictionary.com'..
photoshoot - a session in which a photographer takes pictures of someone for publication
Upon clicking on publication..
publication -
1. the act of publishing a book, periodical, map, piece of music, engraving, or the like.
2. the act of bringing before the public; announcement.
3. the state or fact of being published.
4. something that is published, especially a periodical.

That as as broad as saying if I find an old 1 megapixel camera...take time and start shooting pics of my asshole I can post them in a public area and deem it a "photoshoot"
A photoshoot has to be scenic in some sense of the word. The car should look professionally presentable (no weird reflections or shadows) Which usually involves some use of pro gear be is giant diffusion frames or lights. But does not have provided natural lighting conditions are working in your favor.
basically the results of a "real" photoshoot should yield very polished and professional looking product.
This is why I do not post "photoshoot" when I take pictures of my car. I took my car and shot some pictures. The day I post photoshoot...the results will be something very different.
Hell, I don't even call the photos I took this weekend of all the IE 392 Challengers a "photoshoot" I was having fun and doing the owners of those cars a favor by doing a couple of cool group shots for them.

By definition, this is a photoshoot.
However, there are different levels of quality.
A photoshoot with fantastic clarity, depth of field, wide range in composition, etc is obviously going to yield greater results than one with blur, bad exposure, bad composition.
