I have met the owner, Dan on more than one occasion. He came out two of our little meets in BR. He gets every new ferrari that comes out. He currently has the Enzo, a 458, 430 scud, 599 gto and a mc laren f1 among others. Very nice guy, talk to him if you see him again. He has had the enzo since it was new. Rumor has it that he has/had the f50 with like 50k on it. The most miled up f50 in the world. He bought the 458 and 599 gto on the same day. That's BALLER.

His 599 GTO

Is he the guy who provided the Enzo for the Road & Track magazine article test? I remember he was from down south and had quite a stable of Ferrari's.

Could very possibly be him. He is not scared to drive his cars. He has a home in Houston as well and keeps a few cars there. Like I said, he has had the Enzo since new, I can remember the first time I saw it in like 2004 on the interstate between BR and NOLA. I was floored. Took pics with my first camera phone LOL. If anyone remembers the movie "The Toy" with Richard Pryor from the 80's , Dan lives in the house featured in that movie.

a lot of money, maybe? if so, its mostly stupid money. local job market doesnt come close to supporting miami lifestyles. the average price of the cars are far far greater than the average annual income. if youre pulling in 100k, youd almost be letting ppl down if you didnt have a P-Car, or the likes. pretty sad.

...but a lot of spending, definitely. thats why Florida relies on VAT...zero income tax, zero city tax. which is a big factor in the reason i live in MIA to begin with.

but really,its insane these days.

the 10 mile commute from the Brickell Financial District across A1A to SoBe will consist of one Ghost, one SLS, one Phantom, about five panameras, three quattroportes, a couple turbo/GT3s, a few AMs, and a range of californias and 599s. Im not trying to brag by any means, just saying the exotics down here are out . of . control .

Kinda hard to say, my brother has a decent group of friends down in South Beach. Most have fortunes they made in construction, S/W, startups (my brother's in that crowd), medium sized businesses, banks... All have nice cars and well within their means.

That said I agree there's probably more nice cars out there that have owners debt'ed out to the max. That's very true in Baltimore/DC with the BMW/MB/Audi/...

Miami Beach and South Beach are great along with Key Biscayne but central Miami seems very lower middle class. Lots of bars on windows and not too pretty neighborhoods. We had to go to Home Depot to get some things and the neighborhoods are wonderful all over down there.

Very true, I was amazed on my first visit to Miami last year on all the exotic cars on the roads. Kinda weird is that I only saw one current M5 on the roads down there on this visit.

Tesla anyone? I was surprised to see it. They're pretty uncommon to begin with. I laughed when I read the plate.

Of course a woman was driving it. I saw her walking out of the tanning salon next to where I was getting lunch.

I'm one of them. Not a big of the exterior look, haven't seen the interior yet, but it does nothing for me.

As for the money thing, it's all about perspective. If you really like the brand and the car, you'll see the value in it. That's all it really boils down IMO. Now if you're one to switch cars often, then who knows, but if you have enough disposable income to buy a Panamera Turbo like this guy, you're probably not worried about money.

Nice pics Speed Racer. Every time I go to Santana Row, there's different cars. Always at least one Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, Bentley or something there and you rarely see the same exact car more than once.

I love the interior of the Panamera. A shit ton of buttons down the center console but it's awesome. I've driven a few and they are pretty damn comfy too.

All of that doesn't make up for that donkey butt though

I'm not sure if this belongs in here, but it fits the criteria, I photographed it and it's exotic...

This was on I-94 on Friday morning at about exit 12 in Michigan. Sorry for not taking more pics, I was stunned to see what was on fire. ( If you can't tell, white Audi R8). Stopped by to refuel/pitstop for about 10 min, and when I pulled out i saw the black smoke clouds, thinking it was a semi, or some old 80's caravan. Must have been on fire for less then 5 min, I'm guessing full tank of gas.

That's so depressing. Wonder where in the heck the owner is?? Did you see him standing nearby?
