The "Photos You've Taken of Exotic/Desirable Cars" Thread
#9482
i live in a rural area, a few hours outside of new york city.
In the summer you see some really nice cars. I was coming home from work one night and on my road i saw 2 Maseratis and like 3 mustangs (not that mustangs are special) drive by. I also saw like a porsche meet up outside the local restaurant/bar which is the only one in town unless you count the one bar over the bridge in pa.
I've seen a few ferraris around town, a Bently parked in my poor community college and i've seen lamborghinis on the highway about an hour away from my house, Saw an accident with 2 lambos once.
Anyways, i need a camera.

Thanks FG! Actually, my wife and I are talking about coming down there....permenantly, especially because the high here in KC was 8 degrees today.
Is Delray Beach on the Gulf side or the Atlantic side. I've always heard that the Gulf side is very nice and not as humid.

What he said.
Weather is perfect here right now, floating around 70s and 80s, with the occasional dip into the 60s and no humidity. Lots of snowbirds here at the moment, so come on down. This is basically the Boca Raton to West Palm Beach area, one of the nicest in all of FL in my opinion. Excellent food, beaches, nightlife, sightseeing and activities. Very easy to kick back relax and do absolutely nothing too
Ps: drive down in the vette, don't fly. You'll love the roads here. Flat and no pot holes. I do miss mountain twisties sometimes but these are some of the best maintained roads I've ever seen. Great sports car driving.

Indeed it is that dealership! They have a fake i8 there, basically a promotional shell that looks just like one, but not an actual i8.
I heard the GM of Hendrick Mini off of 74 bought one; maybe he got that one!

It may have been that fake i8 that I saw. I only drove by the dealership a couple weeks ago when I was killing time before a dentist appointment.
I saw the M1 when I was there with my Dad a couple years ago when he was getting a new tire on his car.

I thought the i8 was real until I went to look inside and the window was just black plastic

Drool!!!
Side note - it really bothered me in The Gambler when a character said Marky Mark's car was an "M1"... I thought to myself, you can't screw that up - it's a "1M"!

Went to a C&C-type meet this morning and saw a few absolute beauties.
Base price of that Vanquish is $280k but had over $40k in options
My first time seeing a 6.0
The owner said there were only 3 6.0's painted in that color; 2 in the US and one in the UK. One of them in the US was owned by Missy Elliott and was severely damaged ($161k worth) by the driver of a transport truck who took it out for a joyride. He wasn't sure if it had ever been fixed, but if not, then he has the last operational one in the US.
Wagon p0rn
I was out showing off the new RC350 F-Sport and RCF; people loved the aggressive and wide styling of the RCF but loved the color of the RC350 (Molten Pearl).
Sticker of the F-Sport is $55k; RCF is $71k.
Sorry for the overall horrible pictures; an iPhone camera isn't quite the same as my DSLR

Indeed I am sir! I hope all is well with you, Craig!
I have yet to take out the RCF but the RC350 is pretty peppy. I think the extra weight in the RC compared to the IS is noticeable, but it's still not a slow car. I was getting all sorts of looks with that color
