It's an electric Gallardo.
I believe it's an engine block heater. It makes the car easier to start when it's crazy cold.

my bike tire ran out of air, so i was walking the bike home down s. miami ave. i hear this loud grumble and turn around - a black Aventador is coming my way. i stop. after it passes, i look across the street and see my first ferrari FF (white) parked in a driveway...alongside a blue california...and the neighbor had an orange gallardo...and a 2012 white Maserati GT-S up the street...right place at the right time - would have been a PERFECT shot if i had the celly with me.
im definitely going back to check out the FF though. didnt know they were out yet.

Yeah, that kit is available for almost all the 911 Coupes now. The fitting Fuchs wheels are a $5,500 option now as well.
