For some reason, most the pics came out real blurry even w/ my tripod 
only 2 really came out

alright cool. When i take pictures, i am no expert, but the tripod really helps and i think i have better luck with the timer. My hands are jittery no matter what
Looks like the first shot needs the camera to be adjusted for the type of lighting in the parking garage. Adjusting the levels in photoshop May help, sometimes it works but it depends on the contrast of the image. Also using the auto color correct sometimes works too. I tried both on your image just now and it really brightens up the image and gets rid of the red tint (unless that is what you were going for).

it was what I was going for. I did a bunch of other photos to adjust to the lighting in the garage and it didn't come out great
