Parking on Campus, worth it? UCF in orlando

Okay, well after reading a thread about others destroying cars ive begun to think about it again. Ive been tossing the idea about bringing my car to college and now it seems like ill hafta if i have an offcampus job.

i never really thought to much about it, speically since i thought the HS lot would be the worst. but i do hafta say they have been cautious about eachothers belongings and im very greatful about it.

now i was wondering does any one go to UCF and park thier car on campus.

I go to UCF and park my car on campus. Within the first semester my brand new paint job had been totally F'ed by door dings and careless people backing into me. If your car is in any way nice, buy a beater.

I usually park in the parking garages. It doesn't matter where, everyone here is a bunch of douchebags with it comes to parking.

that's why I park at the furthest away spots on my campus, or I make sure i get a 50% and park way off.

Park far enough out to get away from all the idiots. Or you can fake an injury and get to park in your preferred parking areas.

But I don't know of anyone who would do that

I park in a structure on campus everyday, and I've gotten countless door dings, people backing into me, etc. It sucks.

I haven't had any problems at UCF....at Ale house? yes, plenty of times. But at school I just try to park somewhere in the garage that may be a farther spot but i park by a nicer car or in the center of the garage where the center wall thing is.

Sounds like you guys at UCF just need to find a corner and park all your cars there and rope it off. It'd be like a daily meet.... but yeah, whenever I park, I try to park next to nicer cars since they're more likely to be careful as well.

But yeah at least you guys didn't get your car jacked by some punks for a joyride - I have no idea why someone would steal a 4 cylinder '91 camry.
