Interior detail took ALL day Saturday (I stopped around 7 to have date night with Future Mrs. Ack), Cleaning the wheel wells, washing the truck and wheels, and claybarring the entire truck took all day Sunday (I finished around 11 PM), and the buffing took ALL day Monday.... (I finished around 10:30 PM). Truck is still sitting in the garage waiting for sealant. I beat myself up so much I'm taking tonight off and will seal the paint tomorrow.

Bro, I've been a huge pusher of sealant and polymer waxes...the other day I found my old bottle of Megs Gold Class...I'm convinced that the paint was still thirsty and
starved for some old school carn for depth.
Mind you, this was after religiously doin the Wolfgangs on it...
got both my S4 and the Ody done and MAN, breathtaking the results.

Seems to me you got a cartload done. Just painstaking details and time involved. Again, it's impressive. The person who keyed your truck needs to get herpes or something...not cool. But, you did nice job getting it out.
Will you ever completely get the scratch out if you keep working on it?

I got the key scratches out completely, thankfully it didn't break the clearcoat so the scratch line is gone. The bumper scratches from the hit and run I got 80% out or so, it appears to have broken through the clear coat and into the base layer so I couldn't get the deepest part of the scratches out, but it's SO much less noticeable and mostly gone, so I'm happy with it
I'm surprised you've driven it this long without something damaging it, honestly, especially with it staying outsise all of the time.

Sadly it has a lot more rock chips than I originally realized, but it is what it is. It's my daily driver and my winter car, so it's gonna take a beating either way
Well after nearly a week of work, I finally wrapped up the paint work on my 4Runner last night. Wednesday night I rebuffed the hood and the last bit of key scratch on the rear passenger door that I didn't get out completely. Last Night I wiped the whole truck down with an alcohol solution to remove any compound oils.
Then it was time for my first attempt at ceramic coating.
I started with the rear hatch and roof, then moved to the side of the truck. The process is pretty straight forward but VERY time consuming. After each application you have to wait 2 minutes for the product to cure before buffing it off.
Here are some final pics of the finished product. I tried to get some reflection shots, but my lighting was bad and it was late so I did my best.
The circle is just the reflection of a metal cap on the wall, not on the paint
On Wednesday I also retreated the wheels with matte finish wheel sealant.

My brother-in-law just bought a 15 Tundra in this color. Will have to point him to this thread, his definitely needs a little love on the paint. Open the doors & there's a noticeable difference between the untouched jambs & the body.
Finally pulled her out into the sun to get some sun pics. The sun was going down so the lighting's not the best, but still came out OK. One person that I texted pics to said they "looked photoshopped" which was a great compliment since they obviously aren't and are just straight up camera pics.
