Question Oregonians: Driving with temp CA plate an issue?

I'm driving up to Portland from SF next week. In CA it takes up to 2 months to get our license plates. So we have those temporary Dealership Plates on front and back. Is this the same in OR? I will be there for a week--just trying to alleve some paranoia that I will have to go 5 mph UNDER the limit for a week!
thanks, ed

I go to school in NY and I am from PA and had temp tags for 2 months cause it takes almost 3 weeks to get your registration sticker for a car here and never had any problem with it.

You can't even pump your own gas in Oregon, it's against the law!
So you bet you'll get harassed for temp tags.

You cant pump your own gas in Oregon haha. I hate those states. Then you are expected to tip the people that pump gas. I will never tip for something like that where it is statemandated that they pump your gas for something so simple that I could easily do myself.

You do not need to tip the gas attendant...

And you'll be fine with temp tags, we have them here too.
