we bought our 03 TL-s from pasadena but i always go to van nuys for service, i really like their service, and the guys there are kool

 

who do you deal with? I'm dealing with a guy named Eric right now, I'm having them change my oil tomorrow and chek out my rotors n shit. He says that they dont really cover much under warranty? I told him that the car is certified and I think the rotors may be warped, and he said that probably wouldn't be covered?

btw, I bought mine down in Tustin because I got an awesome deal on it hehe, but I live down in the valley so I go to Keyes to get my car serviced

 

Disliking is one thing but that's not cool in my book, brother.

yeah same here, i deal with Eric also. If you tell em enough times they will change your rotors, i got them to check out my tranny, they ordered a new one and everything on the day they were supposed to change it, they found out my car had a salvage title. but damn i almost got a new tranny, im still tryin to look for one before mine really falls out

 

salvage title . . . did you know about that?

and why would that change whether or not your tranny warranty is not valid . . as long as it's under 100k it should be IMO.

dealer voids warrenty, even recalls. if the car has a salvage title, they basically dont deal with it.
