Dare I say it......probably one of the nicest designs from AHMC in a LONG time. Very sexy and tastefully done outside, but a touch too GenX inside.

Looks like they got a winner on their hands. Mercedes Sport Coupe's gonna have a tough time with this one!

Who else here thinks its a bit more sexy than the CL? Not as classy, but definitely a bit more flash.

Looks sweet...I like all the colors. I really like the aggressive looks of the headlights - similar to the 300M.

What are the engine specs?

I was thinkin that same shit about the Mercedes coupe. Their like identical in the way the swoop from front to rear.

And yea... its a bit sexier lookin then the CL. It will make heads turn for the first week or so. But then everyone and their mother and their grand mother will own one.

The engine bay, and the interioir look nice. The car looks like a sub $11,000 car. I'll take the current integra body style any day over that POS.

Overall I like it. It has shades of the following designs if you ask me:

Front=Mercury Cougar
Back=Nissan NX2000
Side: very unfortunatley, Chevy Cavalier Z24

Definately reminds me also of the Mercedes coupe.

Damn, it looks like a whole bunch of cars rolled into one.

Not bad... a couple of the shots from the rear make the car look like a CRX though.... interesting!!

I think it's ugly. It looks like a combination of a neon+celica+MB C320.. I think they could've done a lot better!

I agree.

It looks like they put the intake manifold on the front side of the engine. I haven't seen that before on a transverse I4.

The exterior is real nice looking, but what up with the interior. It looks really cheap, kinda like a Geo Metro or something in that class.

The car will cost $20K+ and I just expected more.

The RSX will cost $25K and my CL-P cost $26.5K. There is a HUGE difference in the interors of the two cars. There are a lot of cars less than the RSX with better interiors, and I just thought they would have done something less consevitive and more sporty/agressive. If I am spending $25K for a car I think it could be more appealing.

That exterior is a bit too cutesie IMHO. I'd have to agree it does bring the Neon to mind. All in all, I'm glad I didn't wait for this to replace my G3 GS-R. And I have to echo the sentiment: WTF is up with these sporty cars from Japan having Groucho Marx eyebrow mofo wheel gaps? Have you seen a stock NSX lately? Last one I saw looked like you could stick a football in there.

Well, although I agree that it looks better than the Celica (and just how much is THAT really saying?!!), overall, I do not like it much and would certainly not buy one.

I read somewhere that this is supposed to 'do away with' the HONDA Prelude.

IF that is so, it's a SAD DAY!! IMO.

Not bad, but what happened to those beautiful wheels that were on the show car?
I know they were oversized like most show cars, but they should have at least scaled them down for the final version.

overall, i think it's ok. we are looking at the middle-of-the-road models, so if you compare to a regular integ, it's def an improvement. i am hoping that an S variant, and all the mods that will be coming its way will flesh this out as a very cool ride. all-in-all tho, i think it's cheapness (which it needs for its particular market) hurts the value of our cars and the acura marque. it seems like acura as a whole is heading towards the cheaper side-our car included.
solution: they need more high-end models to offset this and add some real value again
