I'm pretty sure they just slapped on the name and used some body

Prius does have a low drag coefficient as a road car though

it looks like more than just a body slapped over a chassis - I mean look at the rear with the taillights and all - it looks formed specifically for this purpose..

Considering it's a GT300 class car, it's heavily regulated & I don't believe the car is allowed to basically be a Prius shell over a chassis.

It's not a whine like in a positive displacement. The 'Vette in the video is a dynamic supercharger.
