No, it wasn't that bad, but the guy probably should have warned others he was about to do that. Had I been walking by with a sleeping child and he did that and my child was scared, hell yeah I would have done the same thing as that guy.

if i had a car like that and some kid was filming me and asked to rev it i would, you have no reason to ask others around you, it may be common courtesy but come on are you really gonna shout out of your car saying i'm gonna rev the engine!
Whenever i pull up next to supercars i'd wish they would rev it all the time!
If that woke my kid up and scared him/her i'd tell them thats the best music in the world, learn to like it.

Super car killer
Last week we brought you a video showing the AMS GT-R at the Lonestar Motorsports Park hitting the drag strip. It set a new quarter mile world record of 8.63 seconds at 172 mph.And now the good people over at AMS Performance have released a new video showing the same Alpha Omega GT-R hitting a top speed of 233 mph on the Texas mile. There were a few small technical difficulties along the way, but the team pulled it off.

Even if you don't know anything about drifting or don't follow drifting, watch this video. It's a great example of how cars and car culture bring groups of people together.

it reminds me of the time I took 5 laps as passenger in a race-prepped Viper GTS (on race rubber) at Gingerman Raceway.... and the driver wasn't a pro (but he knew how to drive). I seriously wanted to get out after a few laps - I would describe it as a hyper-roller-coaster ride - the G forces were just ridiculous.
