I would be wicked concerned about drainage issues, last thing you'd want to see is a few inches of water down there and it wouldn't take a lot for that to happen. From a practical standpoint I bet those parking spaces cost more then the house did, cool but kind of out of place where it is.

I am just wondering if the two Countach's on the upper deck is his as well, because the problem would be, at any time, two cars will always be exposed to outside elements and not actually stored.

the amount of money he spent on that lift/garage is stupid if he leaves 2 of his lambos outside...

i would just have one heavily secured garage connected to the house.
but cool none the less i guess.

highly doubt the two lambos stay outside. the owner is probably just showing off that the lift can lift 4 cars at one time but stores all the cars down there.
