Nicely refined controls on the TSX

I got an 04 TSX the other day as a loaner and i must say they have made a lot of nice little touches to the controls. I have an 01 CLS, purchase on 6/1/00 (its getting old), and the biggest disappointment was that in sport shift the trans shifted to second automatically, that sucks. the new sport shift does not do that, you can hold first as long as you want, much more fun that way. Ideally i would like the 6 speed, too bad it was not available for so long.

Also the radio controls on the steering wheel are much improved. and the dash was so nice and bright, it made mine look like the lights were out when i got back into it.

Just wanted to say the TSX is a nice car.

TSX must be only one that has that. Have heard the new tl auto upshifts like our cars. That feature really does ruin the whole point of the sportshift for me.

really, that does not make sense, i just assumed that since the tsx did that, the cl's and tl's would too, unless it is a feature of the 2004 line.

Yeah there's a lot of little things on the TSX that i'd love to have in my car. However whats under the hood isn't one of them.

felt that way at first but my opinion changed after driving one for 7days as a loaner.

The TSX excels in the catagories it's supposed to excel in much more than the CLS excels in the catagories it's supposed to excel in.

EXACTLY!! I was disappointed by the engine. It was so nice to get mine back, so much louder and runs with a ferocity the TSX knows nothing about.

On my '99 Prelude w/SS you can hold 1st as long as you want but it is only a 4 speed too.
