New Lexus GS350
nothing special about it, my parents just got a new car and I decided to take it for a drive and then take some pictures of it.

Holy wheel well gap, Batman!
(Not surprised since my bro owns a 2006 GS300AWD ...
)
I was wondering about the 2007 model ... don't you find the brakes awfully weak? (For everyday traffic, that is) That was the first thing I noticed when I first drove the new GS ... very frightening. (Well, that's in comparison to my TLS and my bro's traded-in C32 AMG)

Beautiful whip!! I do find it ironic that on Lexus' website, the V6 model has more horsepower than the V8 (303hp vs 290hp).

You'd have to shave them for it to look right ... how sad that is.

It seems like that would be the logical direction....and it would make for a fairly powerful lineup of GS sedans:GS350 - 303hp
GS450h - 339hp
GS460 - 380hp

Sidenote: Nissan had better put together of new V8 package soon. The VQ35HR's numbers put the output close to its venerable VK45DE...and the M cannot rest on its laurels for long against this forthcoming GS lineup.

judging by what people on club lexus say the new engine does not feel all that different from the 3.0. only feel more power in the top end.

the GS300 had 245hp
the GS350 has 303hp
where'd you get 275hp?

the 06 GS300 had a brand new 3.0 V6 with direct injection. the previous GS300 used an inline-6

Yes, they are different. The 2007 GS350 uses the same brakes as the V8 version now.
