Dan Buschur ran a 8.95 @ 163 MPH. Eric Jones w/ AMS ran a 9.15 @ 165.

Here is what they sent in the day before...which was a world record at that time and rebroken the next day....by themselves!

I don't think the record will hold long. AMS has that 1041 whp customer Evo that hasn't yet been to a track, and the last time their shop car was at the track, it wasn't spraying.
I've seen vid of the 1k+ car on track...everytime boost hits, all 4 light up and it steers towards the wall. They've gotta take thier foot outta it, then gently roll back in...and it doesn't work too well. I believe Sunday at the Shootout is going to be great. Either Buschur, or AMS is gonna hit an 8...hopefully, they do it side-by-side.
Freon: Yes, it's on a manual gearbox, more than likely built by Shep.
