neuronbob's car of the day: Supercharged 2007 RL
Someone finally did it. I'm just sharing the love that's going on in the RL forum. ![Drool](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/drool.gif)
The pix in the thread are cell phone variety, but you have to give the proper respect for doing this to an RL.

That's amazing, hopefully the transmission and SH-AWD system will be able to hold the power increase. Do you know if he has any other modifications besides the BBK and S/C? Like an exhaust or J-pipe?

I WISH that were my car. If I still had my RL, I'd be transporting it to LA for the conversion RIGHT NOW.
Now my next goal in automotive life is to find a cheap used RL and spend the money making the conversion.
It can be my winter "beater".
As the OP in that thread said....that is the RL that Acura should have given us.

I was more enamored myself by the Mugen V8 Legend with 500 hp and a body kit. Unfortunately, Honda/Acura didn't see a need to bring it over to the States where IT WOULD HAVE SOLD. I would have bought one even if I were the only to do it....and given my most recent car purchase (CTS-V), I'm not just Internet boasting.

That's pretty badass. ![Too Cool](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/toocool.gif)
I like screw/roots type supercharger for the instant power. It basically makes the RL something like a 4.0L, like it should have been. Turn up the boost a little more and install some bolt-ons to complement the S/C and I would say this one is done.
Great work, that has to be an exciting car to drive.
