Need a shop recommendation: NoVa (Fairfax) for pulleys install

I hate to be that guy *again*, but now I need a shop recommendation in the DC area, preferrable NoVa / Fairfax.

Today I dropped my car off at Curry's automotive to have the UR SS pulleys install done. They sat on my car all day, did nothing, then I called them, and they said it would be OVER $450 to do the pulley install alone!! and take 3-6 hours at shop rates +/-. ($105/hr)

I feel this is one install I'm not up to task on and need a shop for, but yellowpages seems useless, and the only good recommendation I've had from here is for Currys. Well, not at that price. Every 'performance' shop I've been to in this area has screamed either "we don't know what we're doing" or "we're here to rip you off". I wish I knew a reliable place. Please help me with any place you've been to or know firsthand to be reliable. Personal recommendations (call johnny, tell him tommy sent you) would be returned with many thanks!
