Need a new car asap, help me decide

I'm trying to get a new car for around $10k and I have it down to these couple cars.

2005 BMW 330i AT w/ 120k miles for $9,990
Link to listing

2006 Mercedes C230 Sport MT w/ 95k miles for $11,900
Link to listing

2008 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L AT w/ 150k miles for $11,995
Link to listing

I'm coming from a 07 TSX and I really liked it so any car with similar features and power would be great. I like the Accord because it is newer and its still the same body as the current one, but Im a little concerned about the fuel econ of the V6 engine. I'm fine with the 4 cylinder one but ones the only best value I can find in my area. The 330i seems very clean and I like it but its the oldest of the bunch. I don't know much about how Mercedes's stick shifts drive and how the C230 performs. Any input would be appreciated since I'll be looking to buy in a couple of days.

bmw and benz are headaches for maintenance they are just straight out expensive so take that into account when making the choice

You can get a 3G TL for that kind of money and less miles around here.

I would start by looking at individual sellers, you could get a much better deal especially when purchasing any car under $20k. I found similar 330i's with less miles and less cost just by looking on craigslist. Also I think the 3g TL would fit your bill perfectly. Out of the three you mentioned, 330i would be my choice.

For 10K there should be a clean '04-05 TL waiting to get scooped up. Maybe even find one for a few thousand more and talk them down.

I could never in good conscience recommend a high mileage German car......and I don't care how well it was kept.

I would definitely recommend a 3G TL with reasonable mileage. A four cylinder 8G Accord is typically solid but 150k is a bit high.

I would also consider an 06-07 Accord 6MT. As a former 07 AV6 (5AT) owner I can attest to it having terrific fuel economy for a V6 yet having performance on par with the 3G TL. (Not to mention being fairly inexpensive to insure and maintain.)

5AT Coupe

6MT Sedan

^ I agree 100%. I would recommend a 3G TL or an '06-'07 Accord first. My cousin has an 05 Accord V6 with 80k miles and it's a great, low maintenance car. But out of the ones on your list, the '08 Accord should keep you going on the road at the lowest cost.

As a side note, that BMW is a ZHP, which is a rare package

If you want something with similar features as your TSX, a 7G Accord or 3G TL fits your bill perfectly.
