NE1 have any thoughts on the Lexus 330
saw the car and am thinking of checking it out. What I like is that it is a FWD, V-6 with Nav and hoepfully no tranny issues....
thinking on that lines, do you guys have any other suggestions. Does the Camry come with Nav?

I'm not sold on the exterior, but IMO you can't get a better interior in this price range (until the new IS comes out, that is). If you can wing it, I'd say get the ES over the loaded up Camry.

I thought the specs said the ES330 was FWD.
No more Acura for me for a while. I am truly a bit gunshy with Acura after the way the tranny issue was /is handled. Want to go Toyota next as I want a car I can trust. I'd even be fine if I could pay the $3,500 after 100K for a rebuild on the tranny. But whose to say how many rebuilds I would have to pay for between 100-200K. I am a pessimist but am also one of those " if it can happen to me, it will" sort of person.
Not impressed with the interior of the Nissans.

my dad has an 04 Es300 and its a great car, very comfortable, reliable, probablly the smoothest ride you'll find on a car under $50k. only problem i have with it is that its not too quick but i havent driven the 330.
also, it gets about 22mpg

I like ES' interior a lot more, not just the layout but you can feel the differences of the build quality.
