Damn, that's quite an upgrade!

Not sure if you remember me but I was at that Fresh meadows/hooters meet (I was the only one there with a 2nd gen TSX). I remember you were going in for an interview the next day, happy you landed a job!

Subscribed and looking forward to the progress of your new car

Hey! Yeah I remember that meet. It was freezing cold haha.

I'll probably see you at some upcoming meets. I'll be bringing the Evo. You coming to the BBQ on the 20th?

^ I just made the switch from using Iron X to Sonax. I can say that Iron X is much thicker so it stays in place longer but they work equally as good.

I'll take some when I fianlly get around to detailing my car within the next month or so. Audi brake pads create a rediculous amount of dust.

Also considering the Enkei Kojin in 18x9.5 +15 with a 275/35 tire all around. I always loved simple 5-spoke designs and these have some nice concavity in that width/offset. They clear my Brembo's as well.

Those are pretty hot! Are you doing suspension?

I think I may just do H&R springs. But not sure yet. I don't plan on going low. If I get coilovers, I'm going with the KW V3's. I'm not gonna eff around with cheap coilovers like I did with the TL.

You should know how it goes then; coils first then wheels

I think I may do it the other way around to see if I like the stance with stock suspension in person...

Buttttt I will have the funds to lower and get wheels at the same time so if I really don't like it, I can put my order in for suspension and be lowered in no time.

Thanks dude. I actually test drove the Speed 3. It's a really nice daily driver. Lots of power, somewhat comfortable ride, and smooth shifting. But I felt like it was too cramped for me. And there was no way I was getting another FWD car.

Flashed the same stock Stage 1 93 octane map that's in the video posted above. Good god. THE POWERRRRR

It made an unbelievable difference. I can't begin to imagine what it's going to be like when I start putting power mods on.

Yeah that kinda sucks, but normal flat-ish wheels actually look really good on the ST though. It doesn't have the right body style for really concave wheels IMHO.

I second that when looking at cars I just could not bring myself to get FWD again.

You're probably right. I may try spacers to see if I end up liking the stockers more.

What kind of power are you getting from the Cobb tune?

It was dyno'ed at 315awhp/348tq in the video posted above. Can't recall at the moment what kind of dyno Cobb Plano uses. But baseline dyno should be around 250awhp/265tq.

Ah yeah that's what I thought but I wasn't 100% sure.

My intake and cat back exhaust came in today. I'm leaving work early today to go install them

GoPro videos will follow. Hopefully tomorrow.

Thanks guys! I feel bad for leaving my current position after only a little over 3 months, but I got an offer I couldn't refuse.

In other news, I got a chance to take a quick GoPro video today and caught this
