The Maxima may be larger inside. I hate the CVT concept, though.

I just rode in a CX-9, and the front passenger area seemed small, probably because of the huge transmission tunnel console going down the center of the car.

Hope you gave the buyers of the Focus the can of black spray paint, too!

I had a CX7 for a rental a few weeks ago for a week and a half. It gets decent mileage, is actually fun to drive (handles great!) and is pretty freak'n comfortable. Although it was a base, it was still decent...can't imagine how much better the loaded ones are.
