I couldn't get such good shots because I didn't want to make it seem obvious that I was interested in showing the interweb what dumbasses are on the road, I was in my car and took this shot out the rear quarter window. I pass this dumpster all the time (It's down the block from my house), there is PLENTY of room to pass between...


Apparently they were passing in between the dumpster and the parked cars and got a little too close to the side of the dumpster....

I'm no attorney, and by no means... am I encouraging a law suit... but I would think the driver to the Jeep could make a case out of this... There are laws that protect motorists... for example... speed bumps -by building codes or whatever are suppose to be painted so that it can be seen especially at night. The people that put the dumpster there AND the tarp over it... the tarp with no reflective parts, thus hard to see at night... might had been hard to be seen in the dark
