I found this article interesting whether the credibility is reliable or not..

Surprising, Acura is second!!! behind lexus... not sure where is this coming from but I thought Acura would be in the middle of the bunch. anyways have a read.

Unless I'm reading it wrong, your title attached to this list is misleading.

That being said, you can't have negative votes if no one is purchasing i.e. Acura

The ACSI asks consumers about their experiences with cars that they bought about six months to three years prior to the survey, which means many of those car owners may be expressing the joys -- and dings -- of owning particular brands. Because of that, consumers who are considering buying a new car may want to add the survey's longer-term trends into their decision-making, VanAmburg said.

Chryco owners are unhappy with the fact that the car doesn't last for the duration of the 84 month loan.

11. Honda -- 80
Hyundai owners more satisfied with their cars than Honda owners? This is an outrage. SSFTSX will not stand for this!

OP needs to add the article, or at least chunks of it so the list actually makes sense in relevance to the thread title.
Interestingly, the cars that held up best among consumers' perceptions are the luxury brands, with Toyota's Lexus holding steady at 84 points and Honda's Acura rising to 83 points from 77 a year earlier, making those brands the first and second most-liked high-end cars with consumers.

Honda owners with superior aerodynamic lugnuts and door handles will blow by Hyundais with their non-direct injected, single-clutch side view mirror design. New RLX will beat Genesis 5.0 with 1.9 second 0-60 time.

I don't think this data is much of a reflection on the TLX or RLX, really. TLX is reasonably new and this study covers a two and a half year range of cars. With some of the recent transmission issues, I wouldn't be surprised if Acura comes down a little bit in the next rankings.

At the end of the day, the bottom feeders of the list are those with the usual quality issues. Reliability drives the average consumer. Enthusiasts tend to be a bit more forgiving of issues in the name of excitement.

Not saying you can't have Chryco cars that last a good amount of time and miles like yours, especially when people actually maintain them regularly as you clearly do. But the reality is the bottom of the 2015 dependability list is populated by a lot of Chryco products....

Acura is making good progress with their new lineup. I'm surprised to see buick ahead of Cadillac, I figured they would be much higher with the turnaround they have had.

Same with Lincoln, I wouldn't even think of them to be on this list!

Maybe most hated by mechanics since the only scheduled maintenance before 105k are fluid changes for my TL Type-S.

Haters gonna hate, but they should be more concerned about how Chrysler makes the worst cars in automotive history!

They make the 200, which is pretty much a TLX, and a top safety pick. The 300, which is well regarded. And the Town & Country van, which just won JD initial quality award 2 years in a row as well as CR best-buy.

Last time I checked, "automotive history" consists of more than the last couple of years.
