That's one very pricey project car, although I'd imagine it'll blow every other car out of the water. It ran 11sec quarter miles stock with a full interior weighing in at 4000lbs or so. Imagine what 800lbs or so weight reduction and more power will do. It'll run 9secs.
It does look off but the new GT is supposed to have 420 cm I believe and the older ones have 412 cm. My neighbor picked up one a few months ago and I looked up the brakes after seeing how huge they were on his Bentley GT.

i would like to see the final product....i think its gona come out niiice as hell....yeah it sux he voided the warranty.....but then again if they can afford to this to the car then they can figure out how to fix the car when something goes wrong...

not to mention how strange it is that it looks like there's no clearance between the rotor, caliper and the barrel of the wheel. It looks like that caliper is glued onto the surface of the rotor, since there's no way they can get the caliper to fit between the barrel and the rotor. unless they're so good at making calipers that they can make them paper thin to clear.
And the Evolv brakes are cool but more pistons != better braking. Definitely more clamping force, but on a smaller car like a Volvo? It just means unnecessary unsprung weight. Thats like putting a 15-inch BBK on a Miata
