To mod or not to mod.... that is the question
after some thought, i am leaning towards not modding. Money isn't an issue, as all of this will be under a grand.. However... Reasons not to mod are:
1. Decreased performance (larger wheels/diameter)
2. Possible clearance issues
3. Possible ride quality degradation
4. Likely looking like an idiot
it is a daily driver/commuter car afterall....

I think you have too much time, money, and too many cars.
But, if you want to drop money into it, do it and enjoy it. Personally, I wouldn't. I understood it to be your "beater"....a daily driver on the cheap side. So I'd keep it cheap and just drive it.

In all seriousness though, I have an Accord sedan DD. I've thought about modifying the car a bit to make it more fun, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that I'd only end up wasting money. I'm fairly certain that I'd end up regretting spending money that never really amounted to anything.
Just so you know I was thinking about lightweight wheels, a new front grill and lowering springs. The biggest reason why I didn't want to modify the car was the fact that no matter how much I love the car, I still feel that it's to slow and it'll haunt me forever.

I'd do suspension/brake mods with no visual upgrades
upgraded pads, SS lines, slotted rotors, thicker RSB, Nismo suspension(? if they have it), and better tires as the OEM's are probably junk

All these things are functional mods that can help you get out of a bad situation.
