so please excuse thr bad punctuation and speelling since im on my wing at work......


sooooooo im a cashier at this local carwash and receive many nice luxury cars every day due to their reputation in the area.... so today I was jus waiting for a customer to come in and happen to wander my eyes to the window where I thought I was llooking at a new is350.. but then I look again and I see the quad pipes and remembered that only the new isf had that and was pretty stunned by the exterior of the car once I had gone out side to take a better look at it... I had taken pictures but my wing deleted them some how sorry.. it was black tho... so I come back inside and sit down waiting for some random guy to pay for is isf and about two mins later a middle aged an comes in to pay.. I tell him he had a nice car and tells me that he was the first one to get one in texas which I thought was pretty cool.... he had just gotten it from the dealership with their platesstill on it.. so he then goes on to tell me that he is going to TWIN TURBO! that hoe and I was psyched cuase he told me hed bring it bak to show me... he was going to go to the track today to get times for it as well.. he said it was pushin 4 hundred sumthin rite now... he said once the twin turbos are in he will push17 psi creating around 7-750 hp!... the guy was pretty cool and told me he was gonna use it as a track and DD ... and then sell it off for sumthing else.. so yea pretty cool

ooook.....yea boost on that motor doesn't seem likely unless if he has deep pockets. so i call BS on it, and the guy is a tool.

Actually this is it with Twin Turbos

only two companies that i know of have cracked a Toyota ECU, one being TOM's and thats only the JDM ecu. the other is an outside performance company in California who has an agreement with toyota and they do a lot of custom turbo products on Toyota's. the IS350 has been out for 3 years now, and the supercharger kits aren't there that amke power bc of the high compression and the ecu. the IF-f is already up there in compression......

i do know of one guy who is going custom twin turbo on a 350 that is currently in the works.

well first off this is coming from him...... he seemed like a man with alot of cash and maybe able to pull it off.. i was jus telling the little story like it occurred.. i dont have a reason to lie, but i guess we will have to wait and see. i will take pics when he comes back in because i was told he was a regular by some of the guys who clean and dry all of the cars... he told me that "since the compresson is 11 to something (i forgot) that he will run high octance gas. thats all i remember.. if hes lieing thats his own thing but i was excited to see one of new is-f's. i like them.

forget the twin turbo, how about the following mods first:

new body kit
new exhaust
new side view mirrors
replace 8 speed auto for a manual tranny or dsg

exactly 11.x compression ratio......and to think the IS350 with a 22.8 compression ratio can run a supercharger that only yields 5psi and 40-50whp....why bc the motor is so high strung it will blow and that the ecu is near impossible to crack....so unless if he is running 100 octane gas he may get a few ore PSI out of it before boom. this guy is a douche and this story sucks balls. educate yourself you should know it won't be possible to run 17psi unless if he cracked the computer and rebuilt the whole engine to lower the compression ratio. again this thread and story sucks balls. kthxbye
