Holy moly, that S4 did the 1/4 in 13.6! And it won too. Hmmm...

Could be the track conditions... although when I ran at Carlsbad a while back... the M3's were running 13.5-13.7 and they weren't stock!

Interesting, the top gear tests the C32 DESTROYED the other two. Probably because it has the most torque by far... Wow, it also has the most horsepower, but not by much... but that extra torque must make it hella fun... I think I'd like the C32 as my daily driver the best since it's automatic and the M3 as my track car.

Actually, Audi is supposed to have a 2 door A4 very soon. I don't know if they're going to make it as an S4 though......

Are you serious?

The reason the Mercedes destroyed the other two in top gear test is because it is an automatic trans....

There's no contest at all between flooring it in 6th gear (manual trans) and flooring an automatic. That's a pointless comparison....apples and oranges.

Good memory, I knew that 5.6sec wasn't going to be the case....but to be honest, I didn't think it was going to be as fast as this C&D test showed (5.0 to 60).

Let's see what some other mags get, 5.0sec for such a heavy car with 340hp is really fast.

I was expecting 5.2-5.3sec.

Anyway, guess I'm going to really need that ECU for the S60R.
