You all do realize that you can only lease these cars, not buy them, right? Lexus will not sell the cars for fears that the buyer would export it. They are ONLY leasing them to a customer after careful selection of who they choose is worthy enough for it..

That doesn't really keep people from buying it, well in this case leasing it.
Like the FXX, you can't keep the car and people still buy it.

IIRC, Lexus makes you lease it for 2 years, then its yours.

I think Lexus advertises it because they want more of the public to be aware of their most recent push upmarket into the rarified world of exotics.
