Lexus LFA
In my opinion, and not because you can't get quality over the counter, but it would be a travesty to put that sort of thing on a car that expensive. I would spend the extra cash or at least take at look at the wash/wax section of the forum.
I KINDA know what I'm talking about, but I am still very unskilled in comparison to some of the members on the forum.
I will say that I've used griot's garage and it is great, but hard to come off, recently used some Wolfgang Concourse which I was SUPER impressed with (see pic below) and even Zaino. The hub bub around all the other Zaino stuff can be ignored, if I were you, I'd make sure you're up on your 2 bucket cleaning method and NOT putting any swirls into the paint, and maybe just clay to remove anything from the production process that might have stuck, then give it a coat of Zaino Z-2 every 6 months and maybe when you dry it off spritz and wipe off some Zaino Z-6 once a month.
The polymer stuff is a chemical bond that sticks to the paint...longevity is better than traditional waxes but of course purists say it's not as deep a gloss etc.
Below is the result of Wolfgang Concourse I was given a sample of by Autogeek (a vendor on here). I think it looks pretty darn deep!

Justin...we're still BFF's...don't you worry those pretty "little" lips about that. The key is to know when you're wrong and back off.
Abcdecanc#1, thanks for the compliment, man...honestly, it's mainly due to my camera trickery, there are definitely imperfections, but overall, doesn't look too bad.
About orange peel...yes sir, you technically can have that color/wet sanded out of ANY paintjob, but it's a heck of a job, and you're also removing a layer of clear so there's less to work with for future long term compounding/polishing maintenance on the car. They basically just wetsand to knock the orange peel off, then come back and compound and polish the whole car. NOT for the faint of heart and would cost a pretty penny and would also have a harder time hiding little dings and imperfections since the entire surface would be a perfect mirror.

i think its cause last time probably a year or half a dozen of months ago, some guy was here that had ordered a zr1 and had it tuned by hennessey. He told all these stories, including his dad i think having a bugatti.
When it came to posting pics this dude had a lot of excuses and when he finally posted pics it turned out they were taken straight fromt he internet. Guess thats why?
but you seem legit haha

BTW is there going to be a "meet up" somewhere in the New York area this summer? I know there are car clubs but I am not associated with any of them.

^^^That was is Abcdecanc#1, that was the thread...I wish I could find it. You'd probably get a kick out of reading it.
Looks like you know how to care for a black car as well as the next guy! To be honest...I'll be like the son you never wanted...I am in love with your "modest" home...the driveway, everything. I can cook and clean the pool...just let me know.
I'll even offer to take the LFA to pass emissions every 2 to 3 hours

Plus, to be honest...for people that can afford something like this (no offense!)...they can normally have whatever they want whenever they want for the most part...part of the mystique is probably the fact that you HAVE to wait on this.
Kinda like a really hot girl holding out and not giving it up for 7 months when normally you're bangin Eva Mendez. It'll mean that much more once he DOES pick up his prize.

I don't understand what you are talking about in your 1st comment here. Can you explain?
You crack me up with the 2nd and 3rd comments.

The guy above me referenced the thread that I remembered that made me skeptical! I'm saying if I could find it you'd read it and get a laugh about why I thought you might have been lying too.

You are right on target. Although not about Eva. Brooke Burke is more my style.
Sir?
Speed gets them hot for sure. They probably would have no interest with a dude like me. I don't think Blake Lively would have any interest either. She is in to that Canadian who was in the Green Lanturn.
Just because 3 car enthusiasts on tv don't like it doesn't mean it's a bad car. Everyone has an opinion.
If it was my $400k, I would hop in a Lambo instead of a LFA. I don't have that kind of cash laying around so I'll support OP and the decision he made
