Justice run amok...
I'm surprised this hasn't spread sooner.

Basically, an EVO owner got a ticket for his factory wing being an obstruction and he lost in the first round in court.

Holy crap... If I were him I'd write to Mitsubishi and ask them to help me fight the case.

I'd go back to the manufacturer, request the DOT certification and then walk back into that court and tell the judge to take his fine and shove it (figuratively, of course). This is totally 
that he would get a ticket for the stock wing.
I wonder which other cars would be targeted aside from the EVO, STi, GSX, and Type-R??
