Basically, an EVO owner got a ticket for his factory wing being an obstruction and he lost in the first round in court.

The moral of the story - don't ride around in that county with a riced out over winged car.

 

I can't believe the court sided with the cop.

 

I'd go back to the manufacturer, request the DOT certification and then walk back into that court and tell the judge to take his fine and shove it (figuratively, of course). This is totally that he would get a ticket for the stock wing.

I wonder which other cars would be targeted aside from the EVO, STi, GSX, and Type-R??
