And Just Like That...I've Become a Senior Citizen
Congratulations on the new car!
I see you're in NC. If you paid your property tax on the old car ask them to transfer the tags. The property tax is good for a year at the rate of the older car, and you won't have to pay plate fees for it. It's a nice way NC lets us save a little money.

Thanks Yummy
We would get one in a heartbeat if we could afford a mortgage payment on a depreciating asset

Thanks for the kind words, J!
Thank you Jason! Here's one from when I was doing the paint correction on the Tacoma this weekend:

Yeah that belongs to my father-in-law. He bought it locally and kept it here while they were in-town visiting. It's awesome!

Thank you dude! I'll drop by sometime when it's not a monsoon outside
Fresh wax after I installed the OEM roof racks:

Borrowed this box from some friends until we get one of our own...taking two kids to the beach requires you to bring A LOT of stuff

We're at about 2,000 miles since purchase already. Really enjoying it so far!

If you think you can't, you won't.
If you think you can, you will.
We can, we will.
If you think you can, you will.
We can, we will.
I'll never know since we're not having any more kids
"We can, we will"
Thanks Rick!
I love the LX. But that price and 13-14 MPG everywhere we go? No thanks.
Luckily we don't roadtrip very often (for now) so a box is the best solution other than renting a Suburban for a week.
Your age is showing.
Thank you! We loved our ES and considered getting another one, but SUVs are easier for her getting kids in and out. It's not my primary vehicle so I didn't really have a vote
Thanks Rick!

I prefer the 06-12 ES. The interior is a lot cleaner and the outside is cleaner. They even used more plastic to cover the engine. They skimped out on that with the new ES.
