I really like that car too, but I feel it may just be impractical as my first car. You have an Avant as your practical car so thats good.

you know the first time I drove a manual car was on a Mazda 3. I didn't do too hot. Tried again on a civic, and I didn't stall once. I think it was cause the guy that taught me on the mazda was a really bad teacher. I've driven a few other times, but nothing over the past 1.5-2 years since I've been at USC.

Wont say it didn't cross my mind, I love the new new mazda styling though, from what I've heard the interior has really come a long way as well.

As far as the Golf R goes, I know what you mean, this was used. 2012, 4 door Nav/Sunroof w/17k on the clock, pearl white. I will say it was the smoothest 6mt I've ever driven. Only stalled it one time after not driving stick for almost 8 years. They have it listed at $29k and some change but offered me peanuts for my TSX. If I could get them down to $27k and a little more for my car you would be seeing a "My TSX needed gas..." thread, sadly they won't budge at all on the price, not $1 dollar.
