Its a C-class (probably C55) with a "65"-look bodykit on it..

upon further investigation, it appears to be an AMG Test Vehicle / Pace Car.

from my understanding you spray the base coat then let it dry. Then you spray the top coat with almost a dark candy finish . then you use a brush to wipe off the candy giving you the brushed alum. look.. its hard and takes lots of practice
