Question Installing Bike Rack

Just bought a 2007 TL Type-S three days ago. I am struggling with the decision to mount a bike rack. I am thinking of a hitch but am afraid that it will be too visible. Anyone have any recommendations? Photos would be helpful.

A cheap, affordable solution would be to use one of those racks that mount onto your trunk and lower bumper. Adjustable for almost any car, and if you mount it carefully and put tissue or something where the hooks (not as bad as they sound) onto the car, it won't scratch your paint, is cheap, and you can take it off whenever you're not using it.

Downside is they don't look really fancy, and the one I used before can only hold about 3 bikes.

let me know how that goes, I'm thinking about installing one on my 03 CL-S. I thought about the hitch but as with your concerns I don't want the big part to show.

Hitch isn't very visible on the TL. I used to worry about exceeding the tongue weight, but I've seen several TL's with hitches and bike racks driving without any problems.

Roof rack is probably the easiest think to take on and off the car, especially once you figure out the distances between the feet the for the first install.

Trunk mounts are nice, easy to take on and off, just have to make sure you line everything up right and don't let the adjustment slip, otherwise you'll have some rubbing and run the risk of scratching the paint.
