Here we go! I wanted the flat bed, but after looking at the bottom of the car, and seeing how there was no real good place to hook up the chains without damaging anything, I called that off and said screw it, I'm driving it home! I was very lucky to have gotten perfectly dry roads... I was even able to take it for rust proofing...
Crappy pictures, I know... Once I get it washed and cleaned up I'll take a couple more...

Awesome cut-off from the HID's. I'm very impressed with those.

Let me just say... It's awesome. The car drew a ton of attention at the rust proofing place... From employees and other people having their cars done... Quite a few people threw out the line "Ford has stepped it up"...
I can't believe how quiet the car is. I swear it's as quiet as my brothers S500... So solid over bumps and very direct steering, perfectly weighted too IMO...
Dom, I went to the Krown in Bolton so I wished I would've had your number, we could have done that ride
So happy to have it home
Oh and pictures do nothing for the colour... It's much deeper and has a ton of metallic flake...

Thanks guys... I may take it out here and there but it won't become the DD until atleast March... It's going to be a tough wait, but at least I've got it in the garage

Yay pictures!!!
Looks awesome! I love the hood/front end of the new 'Stang so much. Just so aggressive but not in an obnoxious way. The interior looks great as well.
So I know you mentioned something about some kind of tune available, but do you have any simple mods like a CAI coming in the future?

I know... It was a very spur of the moment decision to drive it home. I thought to myself "If I'm driving it, I may as well drive it to Krown"... BTW I was very glad to see it comes with a REAL spare tire... Not a can of sealant bullshit that ruins the tire pressure sensors... Give me a jack, a tire iron and a wheel, and call it a day. I guess only American cars come with the tire goop crap, and Canadian cars have the proper set-up

The wait until March will be 400,000 times harder than the wait to actually receive the car...
I can't walk past it in the garage without looking at it for a few minutes... Looking them over, the pictures I took at the top of this page do absolutely nothing for what the car actually looks like in person...

Missed what's so special about March. If it's going to be a DD after that and you will only have one car; why wait? Just curious. I like to play with my new toys.:devilgrinAlso we need more pictures.

I think it would be almost painful to take my brand new car out, with 55 kilometers on it, and in a matter of 2 days have it coated with salt... I figure I'll give it a rest before it takes over daily driving duties

13 pages and a few months and we finally get our pictures!!
