I think I'll just sit and read from here on out in this one

brembos help in daily driving if you are in situations where you reqire repetitive braking, which is quite a common situation. and no the cl isn't good at braking, honda needs to wake up in this department.

Gladly, when are we going
A ClubLex mod and friend of mine and me were planning a dyno day/track meet/Lexus dealer show in N.C Nov 15th. The track is a novice/avg track so it would have been great. In talking to the Supra guys, ROAD ATLANTA is expert and NO JOKE!
The weekend of the 21st, ROad Atlanta is gonna be awesome, the Supra challenge, many of them across America coming here. The Atlanta guys are an awesome group and AAP (Anderson Audio Performance) is having a huge meet afterwards with catered food for everyone.
I'll start PMing u info our check out our website. Being your local, it will be useful to you.

We just had a Maxima/Lexus/Supra meet SUnday, over 30 cars. 4 turbo Maxima's Gavin's turbo IS and of course 4 Surpras.

Hate to say it but the G does outshine the CL-S
FACTS:
G has better brakes especially with the Brembos and the Electronic Brake force Distribution.....all the rotors are ventillated
G has more HP and more TQ without compromising fuel economy G has 20 city 27 Hwy while the cl-s has 19 city and 28 hwy even though the G has bigger displacement
18" wheels staggered setup with Michelin Pilot Sports which are better tires than the CL-S all-season Michelins on 17"
G has an aero package that actually helps to reduce drag at high speeds
CL-S has a better 6 speed tranny and faster steptronic in auto
CL-S has nicer seats than the G
CL-S is better in the snow if needed in the winter
CL-S is a total sleeper which iin my opinion is its greatest feature.....although people didnt really care about the cL-s in the magazines it was very respected on the roads. People dont want to race it especially when modded I have a MB V8 and wouldnt race a modded CL-s
Both cars have there own greatness but the G is the future while the cl-s will age gracefully and its hard to knock it.

i cant believe this isnt locked yet
no doubt the g amd z are better performance cars but they should be because afterall they are 3 years newer, everyone has heir own opionions and preferences, i had the chance to buy a g or a Z when lookin into my cl-s, those cars didny fit my needs so i chose the cl-s, but who knows if we didnt have snow here i just might have been in a 350z
