I agree, hes very laid back and hes taking all this well. He handles the attacks with stride, which is why i tried not to attack his character like some others have. Hes been honest with any questions hes asked so I dont think hes lying either.
From what I gather hes a good kid and means well. Although he just comes off as someone who panics easily and doesnt understand many aspects of the features of his own car.
There are few threads hes made thinking his car was broken when in fact its just a feature of the M3 that he didnt know about. Which is ok, not everyone reads the manual but to panic over it seems premature.
I sense this steering issue might be user error somehow after following his posts. I, as others, have tried asking questions about the whole situation to figure out if its something that he has been doing to cause it. Its strange that he has the two incident within a week apart yet the 3rd didnt come till 4 months later, of which he was driving on snow with summer tires on. I follow BMW for many of years to know if theres an issue it leaves a trail or at least pops up more often than 4 months apart. For this reason i think its user error.
There was no 2005 3.5 TL from Acura.
I didnt see it that way. Most of M3post members were standing behind you and was hoping that BMW does it right thing by buying back your car. There is lots of great advice in that thread.

It is your money and if you are happy with your purchase minus the issues you are having, then good for you.
I am very sure that you are going to get your issue resolved.

You bought an excellent car that many other manufacturers try to immitate, that tells you something. It's a special car.

^From my experience, some (not all, by no means) people tend to be a bit pompous on Mercedes and Bimmer forums. Nitpicking grammar? Blatantly insulting others? Bullying? Come on. I frequent MBWorld and christ...some people are just douches. Makes me appreciate the top-notch moderators we have here.

^ ha the ones attacking for grammar are actually the ones who are much older.
Older ones tend to get annoyed with how youngins talk on forums. So theres bound to be issues.
Its the same thing on this forum.. if someone was posting with very poorly writing skills then he get flamed and not taken seriously.

WTF is wrong with you, you can't even speak English properly. You don't belong here, sell your car and stop bringing shame to those who own M3s and can spell "gets" properly. You are not worthy of being associated with us.

I know , i didn't want to say anything @ 1st when he said that but i'm glad someone else did. I would rather him call me a lier than say its user error.
Thanks man for the good luck wish

It very well can be. 9 out of 10 whacky issues these cars have are from user error or from someone screwing something up during service.

I just cant believe u work so hard at such a young age and drop that kind of $$$$ on a car to have it mess up on u like that And then people ? your
integrity. There is no reason to waste that much time at a dealer for nothing. its obvious this has happen to you and your concerned. I wouldnt call that panicking over a feature from your Bmw. Thats not a feature i would want lol

Someday, an RS6 Avant+
In my line of work, a mistake that results in unintended results (not good) is called an undocumented feature. What makes it suck is I work with satellites already on orbit, so it's not like I can fix them.
Dave: Hope this works out in your favor, minus the 1000 miles they will "evaluate" the car with.

I thought about it , but i think ill stick with the M3 , i may go test drive a GTR before i make it final tho, but i never liked the look of the GTR too much anyways. I also herd the service isn't the said as with the M3, the void your warranty if you go over a certain speed limit, but ill have to look into all of that before i make a discussion.

damn your in a bad spot! hopefully you get it sorted out- definantly keep daily contact with bmwna they will help you out much more than the incompetent dealer. I have a few friends with e92 m3s and have had great luck with them.
