On most (maybe all of) Acura RL,DLC is under the ashtray.
I don't know the year of your car but Acura RL is the same vehicle as Honda Legend in the U.S.
remove the ashtray, and you will see right under there.

Exactly. If it isn't under the ashtray, check underneath the driver's side footwell, somewhere around the steering column.
