I can't find my OBD II plug

Hey guys i can't find my ODB II scanner for my honda legend, its a japanese an i look everywhere for. Can someone help me find it

What year is the car? OBD2 came out in 1996, IIRC.

On most (maybe all of) Acura RL,DLC is under the ashtray.
I don't know the year of your car but Acura RL is the same vehicle as Honda Legend in the U.S.
remove the ashtray, and you will see right under there.
