Thats a huge truck.

Thats a bit of a change. Expect phone calls from friends "can you help me move this couch?"

Why? Does it have a purpose that you need a pickup truck?

The gas is going to be a killer in that thing.

Do you do any off roading to make this a fun vehicle to drive? I would get bored of it real quick. Looks nice though.

Did you need a truck that big? Do you work with a truck? If not, then that's a retarded decision.

I love when people buy bigger things for no reason that ruin the environment.

couple things #1. why did you only get 2wd. I'd NEVER buy a 2wd pickup.
#2. should have waited on 09 model year due to new body style.
#3. should have went on up to a 2500 and got a Cummins. diesels have so much more torque PLUS 25% more(about) mileage on comparable models.
but then again the Cummins Package is pricey (like 5-6 grand)

That is a sweet truck. I really like the color. No point having 4WD in SoCal unless you're offroading or in the snow all the time.

What sort of work will you be doing with it?

Answer: Because he lives in LA, not Minnesota.

Response: So he could have the privledge of paying way more over invoice and have the inevitable 1st year teething problems? This is assuming he likes the new body style.

Response: But then again, the Cummins Package is an extra $5,700+, add the extra sales tax AND vehicle reg fee on top of that, its only available on the 2500, and he'd probably have to order one to get it how he wanted.

Do you always need to interject with your derogatory comments each time someone posts something they desire or have purchased? I don't think you have the cognitive ability to realize it, but most people have quite a bit more intelligence than you posses and are quite capable of making decisions for themselves. If you never have anything positive to say, then I suggest you try a little harder to satisfy your own insecurities within the fantasy world you've created for yourself.

To the original poster: Nice truck! As SakiGT has mentioned, be prepared for a few phone calls from friends when they need something moved.

If it gets lowered it's not a truck, it's just a big minivan with a bed. Trucks either get left alone or Jacked up.

You pretty much summed up everything Terry was saying.

And since I'm sure you aren't even remotely smart enough to comprehend any of the "big words" he used. I'll give it to you in as simple a phrase as possible.

You are an idiot.

And I'll add to that. No one likes you. No one believes you. No one wants you here.

Enough of one to reply.

My big question is:

Who isn't showing you enough attention in you real life that you keep coming on here talking nonsense that no one cares about, and continue doing so even after having 95% of the community telling you to piss off?

to each his own...i prefer slammed, i posted the picture to show that just because you're sitting low doesn't mean you still can't haul when you need to.

dougler,
you should spend some time outside of the north...you'll see plenty of lowered trucks and suv's lwith boats, race cars, sand rails, and 4 wheelers in tow. it's all in how you design your suspension.
